Terms of service
These terms apply to Serviço Google Auto and to this website. They are written for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by 50.322.896 Pedro Felipe Maia Rodrigues (CNPJ 50.322.896/0001-01), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, under the brand Pedro Maia | Marketing Digital. Contact: the form on the home page.
2. What is included
Each month: 4 posts on your Google Business Profile, replies to reviews, updates to hours, photos and details, one-off requests by WhatsApp, and a monthly report of views, calls and direction requests. Before any payment you receive a free reading of your public profile and one ready post, with no obligation.
3. Price and renewal
The first month costs 19 and, from 30 days after your profile is connected, 39 a month, charged monthly in euros, pounds or US dollars, depending on your country, until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by message or email, with no penalty and no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the month already paid runs to its end. There is no pro rata refund of the current month, except for a fault on our side.
5. Access to your profile
To do the work we must be added as a manager of your profile. We never ask for your password. You can remove our access at any time, and the service ends at that moment.
6. Your approvals and consent
Once a month you approve the calendar of 4 posts. Replies to reviews are drafted for you and published after your approval. We reply to praise ourselves only if you authorise us in writing, and replies to criticism always need your approval. We do not automate any other action on your profile without your prior, specific and express consent.
7. No promise of results
We do not guarantee any number of customers, sales, reviews, stars or position in Google results. Results depend on factors outside our control, including Google's own decisions.
8. Google's rules
Your profile remains yours and is subject to Google's policies. We write to those policies and never buy, trade or invent reviews. If Google suspends or changes a profile, we explain the appeal route, but the decision is Google's.
9. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information, photos and offers we publish for you are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Examples on this website use fictional data and AI-generated illustrations.
10. Data
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profit or for decisions made by the Google platform.
12. Changes
If we change these terms or the price, we give 30 days' notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without removing any mandatory protection that applies to you where you are based.
